May Focus: “Tiny Adventures”
May is about getting out into the world—but doing it in a way that feels simple, doable, and a little bit magical.
NOTE : I wrote this post to go with Tiny Adventures but I did include some writing prompts below.

This month, we are exploring life in small, meaningful ways.
Not big trips.
Not perfectly planned days.
Just little moments of curiosity, tucked into your everyday life.
Your tiny 2.5 x 2.5 journal becomes your companion—something you can carry with you, ready to catch the moments you might have missed otherwise.
Intent for the Month
To explore your world through small, intentional adventures and document them in a way that feels easy and joyful.
What is a Tiny Adventure?
A tiny adventure is anything that breaks you out of your normal rhythm:
Stopping somewhere you usually pass by
Taking a different road
Sitting outside a little longer than usual
Walking into a shop you’ve never entered
Noticing something and choosing to follow it
It’s not about distance—it’s about presence and curiosity.
How to Use Your Tiny Journal
Keep it simple and on-the-go:
A few words about where you went
A quick sketch or scribble
Tape in a receipt, label, or scrap
Jot down a thought, a feeling, or a moment
Add color inspired by what you saw
This journal isn’t about perfection—it’s about capturing the experience while you’re in it.
Tiny Adventure Prompts
Where did I go today that felt different?
What did I say yes to?
What caught my attention?
What did I discover when I slowed down?
What felt like a small but meaningful moment?
What would I explore more if I let myself?
Creative Rhythm for the Month
Instead of pressure to create every day, think:
→ A few tiny adventures each week
→ A few pages filled with real moments
→ A journal that becomes a collection of lived experiences
Closing Thought
You don’t need a plane ticket to explore your life.
You just need a little curiosity—and a small place to keep it.
